Even the coolest of us can lose our heads from time to time, so learning how to stay calm under stress will benefit everyone. Some of us get angry at the drop of a hat, while others let things build up until they blow. Either method of managing anger really isn't productive, and can be damaging to those around us, especially if we have children. Refuse to allow yourself to behave badly. You don't accept bad behaviour from anyone else, so why should it be ok when you do it?
